If you are not a registered customer, you should fill in a form with your details. If you are already a customer, enter your e-mail and password. 2º Once the system confirms that your data is right, you should choose the payment method and an order number will be issued. This number will also be sent to your inbox together with a message confirming that your order is in process. 3º As a customer of Arc en ciel, you can know at any time the real status of your order, just entering your e-mail, password and order number at the home page of Arc en ciel. - In case the product is not in stock, you will be given the possibility to replace it with another one. The delivery of the products will be made within 3 to 14 working days* from the purchasing date. If necessary, you will be informed through an e-mail about any change or problem arises relative to the availability, price, payment or delivery of the product. In case an order is sent and the address provided by the user is wrong, the supplementary freight costs will be charged to the customer.
