Arc en Ciel is a family company established on the 6th January 1941. Its main activity is the sale of diverse and singular items, among which one can find one of the largest collection of firemen helmets around the world, composed of more than 2,800 original units from all over the globe, from Napoleon times to the present. Besides, we counted on diverse accessories and products for police, collectors, children...

In our store at Perthus, besides from the items which can be seen on the Web you will find other products such as: An area devoted to clothes, with the best brands: Levis, Hugo Boss, Virus, Longshine, Lee, Lois...

It's very easy to buy our products in our store line. We will now explain how the purchasing procedure works through the Arc en Ciel website:

1º Choose the product/s you want to buy and the quantity. If you are not a registered customer, you should fill in a form with your details. If you are already a customer, enter your e-mail and password.

2º Once the system confirms that your data is right, you should choose the payment method and an order number will be issued. This number will also be sent to your inbox together with a message confirming that your order is in process.

3º As a customer of Arc en Ciel, you can know at any time the real status of your order, just entering your e-mail, password and order number at the home page of Arc en Ciel.

- In case the product is not in stock, you will be given the possibility to replace it with another one. The delivery of the products will be made within 3 to 14 working days* from the purchasing date.

If necessary, you will be informed through an e-mail about any change or problem arises relative to the availability, price, payment or delivery of the product.

In case an order is sent and the address provided by the user is wrong, the supplementary freight costs will be charged to the customer.
